Standard (Non-Custom) Items

Refunds for non-custom items may be granted under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition

A refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date

All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for the original order and return

We do not offer refunds on used equipment, consumable goods (like sealing film), or items returned without prior approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number, as TCI Scientific is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Shipping Options

At TCI Scientific, we’re committed to delivering industry-leading freeze dryers, accessories, and supplies securely and efficiently. We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada using trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping costs vary depending on item size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Zones & Costs

Freeze Dryer Shipping through our dropship is available only to the lower 48 U.S. States. This service is provided with a small shipping charge of $100 to cover freight loading and shipping costs.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges (Please reach out to us for an invoiced transaction to account for any added shipping costs).

Canadian customers must contact us directly at support@tciscientific.com to receive a custom invoice. Orders to Canada may include tariffs, duties, and additional shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout for U.S. orders unless otherwise specified.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. In select approved cases, returns may be accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Used or damaged items will not be refunded.

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Production on custom products does not begin until payment is confirmed.
